I am looking for a fun, social, female housemate to share my newly renovated house with me in Brixton. The double room available is fully furnished, bright and airy!

I am 28, a fun, young professional working in marketing, I enjoy going to gigs, socialising, fashion, yoga, travelling & cooking. I am looking for a like-minded housemate to enjoy the house with, my current housemate and I enjoy cooking, having a drink and going out together and I am looking for someone similar to take her place.

The house is really well located with plenty of transport links to all over the city. We are located 15 minutes walk from Brixton tube – Victoria line (or a very short bus journey), 2 minutes walk from Loughborough Junction – the city & 8 min walk from Denmark Hill - Overground.

The house is on 3 floors, I have been renovating it over the past year and a half. The basement is open plan with a new kitchen and a large living & dining area, perfect for having friends over. There are 2 bathrooms, & a study - great for working from home. The basement opens out onto a cool patio area with BBQ. The street is very quiet, the house is nice & cosy.

The room is available from now, I would like to get someone in as soon as possible, however I am flexible with dates.

The rent is £730/month (not including bills + cleaner).
