Double Bedroom, GREAT location, Camberwell

Small double Bedroom - Great location in Camberwell.
the bedroom is small, has a double bed, shelves and a wardrobe. no space for a desk.

the property is a 3 bed maisonette , located literally opposite Kings collage hospital. 5 min walk to denmark hill station and 5 min walk to camberwell church street, where there are good bars and restaurants.

we dont not have a living room however the kichten has a small sofa and dining table, so the communal space isnt bad and big enough for 3 of us.
the bedroom we are looking to fill is directly off the kitchen , however only being a 3 bed i dont think this will be a problem.

Myself and Queenie are both studying at UAL myself at LCC and Queenie at Camberwell both going into our 3rd year. both 22 . we are 2 very sociable girls, however also like our own space. like going out, having drinks but also like a nice evening in and just chilling out. both are tidy girls.
looking for a 3rd flatmate, that we can have a laugh with, drinks and dinners but also someone that is pretty relaxed and doesnt leave a mess.

we have only just got the house and the move in date isnt until the end of september - needs to be comfirmed by the landlord.
the new tennant would need guarantor info avaliable asap ,
