I have an awesome large double room with en-suite bathroom with power shower in a huge loft-style appartment in a converted victorian school. The flat is over 1000 sq ft with double height windows and ceilings in the communal areas.
The room comes with double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe with mirror and bedside table. The house comes with 2 sofas, a sofabed, dining table and chairs, washer-dryer and dishwasher.
You will also have access to a kitted out gym and Sauna within the building which is only accessible by the residents of Silverthorne.
I am the current flatmate and regrettably have to move out of the flat so am in search of a replacement.
You will be living with Louisa who is an independent LSE graduate and professional female in her twenties and the flat would suit someone similar.
There is also free gated off-street parking and the bus stop is 1 min from the front door with at least 9 buses going to Central London via Elephant & Castle tube (zone 1).

The details - You would be taking over the tenancy from me which runs until 18/04/2015. The room and communal areas will be professionally cleaned prior to you moving in and you will be responsible for the end of tenancy clean. You will make all payments to the landlord himself. The landlord requires a security deposit of £1, 200 (which is held in a deposit protection scheme), you need to be earning at least £29, 714 or have guarantor(s) earning at least £41, 568 if you earn less than this. A one-off non-refundable referencing fee of £30 is payable to the landlord. The room is available from 13/12/2014.
