Large Double room in friendly flat!

A large double room is due to become available to rent in our lovely flat in Denmark Hill, Camberwell.
The room is spacious and has a large window so there is lots of natural light.
Although there is not a living room in the flat the room currently has a double bed, large table and sofa in it, and there is still plenty of space to move around in.

The flat was completely refurbished a year ago with a brand new kitchen and bathroom, and it is still in very good condition.

We are across the road from Kings College Hospital, and less than 5 mins walk to Denmark Hill station. Brixton is 7 minutes on the bus or about a 20 minute walk. There are 24 hour buses into central London from right outside the flat including the 176 and 148 routes.
Trains to Victoria from Denmark Hill take 10 minutes.

We are two girls in our mid twenties. One is a student nurse, and the other working full time. We both work quite hard in the week, but enjoy having fun at the weekends and in the evenings.
We are sociable, friendly and easy going.
We've lived in the flat for a year now, and really love it.
