It's an ideal room for commuters who work in London and live far away.
The flat is 15 minutes walk to Oval station or 2 minutes walk to the bus stop to Elephant Castle station (10 buses, 10 minutes ride).
It's a quiet block, we are on the 3rd floor without lift. The kitchen is large with modern appliances and there is a large living-room with a table.
The bedroom is simply furnished and clean: single bed (another folded bed underneath in case of extra guest), bedside table and wardrobe. We can also supply duvet, pillow, bedsheets and towel if necessary.
We have no TV (and no TV license), but you can access internet broadband.
We may consider short term let for a full time period, however the rent will reflect the fact that the room is busy 7 days and will be £600 per month.
