Double room, modern flat, safe area (Bills incl)

We have an opening for an awesome friendly flatmate to move into a furnished double room, with plenty of storage space.

All bills are included (council tax, gas, electric, wifi etc..).

The flat is modern and in good condition, it's within a gated development 12 minutes walk from Camden Town tube (in a safe area). Kentish Town is also 10 mins walk away. Bus links are also good with the 29 (24 hour bus) stopping 2 minutes walk from the flat. We have a concierge and a secure bike store also!

What to expect if you move in...

Friendly community (and flatmates of course!),
Minutes from a green space, with outside gym, basketball hoops and even a skate park if you're so inclined !

All in all a clean, friendly, relaxed and laid back home, perfect to escape to after a busy day at work!

If you're looking for a home rather than a room to sleep in this could be the place for you.

About the flatmates -
Did I say we were a friendly bunch ? There are 3 of us (2 to a bathroom). We have varied interests, but when we're at home we do like to share a tv series or just chill and catchup. We're very respectful of each other and this extends to cleaning after ourselves so that we don't leave mess for others. We're very much looking for someone like minded and hoping you're the one that fits the bill.
