Double Room To Rent In Beautiful Camden House

My current house mate is relocating and so I am looking for someone to fill her shoes!!

We have a gorgeous little house in Camden about 5 min walk to Camden Town Tube, 3 min walk to Camden Road overground, 10 minute walk to Kentish Town and maybe 15/20 minute walk to Euston. Its literally like a little haven - on a quiet no through road with an allotment and greenhouse should you so wish to use, we have a small patio garden and parking for visitors!! its right by the canal - 5 minute walk to Camden market and easy to get everywhere.

The bedroom that will be rented out is a double bedroom, fully furnished. It currently fits a double bed, chest of drawers, a bedside table and a freestanding wardrobe - plus there is LOADSSS of storage in the house for coats, shoes and bags.

We have a lovely living room with laminate flooring and a large corner sofa bed. There is a table and chairs too.

I am an outgoing fun person I love baking and drinking tea, I love nights in as much as nights out and I would like someone who I can get on with when I'm at home. I need to live with someone respectful, tidy and clean, I like to keep my home looking nice.

I have a lovely little cat who is no trouble at all and super friendly (you will fall in love with her). She minds her business but loves a knee if there's one going spare!

We are close to shops bars, restaurants, everything!!
