Double room available- with wardrobe and beautiful big windows.
On the top floor of our secure gated community open-plan flat.

We are looking for a couple, or a single working professional.

We are generally really tidy and easy going- we are looking for someone who is on time with payments, neat, cleans up after themselves and is relaxed and easy to get along with.

It has a large open-plan living room/kitchen with heaps of storage available.
There are 2 shelving units that the new flat mate can use completely :) as well as some storage underneath a table in the corner.

The room is on the expensive side, but the flat is worth it.
It includes all bills minus water which is billed quarterly and doesn't equate to much.
It is opposite the stables market in camden, in a quiet side street, in a secure gated community. There is parking available inside if you have a car- and both chalk farm and camden town stations are a short walk away, as well as kentish town west overground.

We rent the flat as a whole and therefore the new flatmate will need to be reference checked by our current agent- this is quite a thorough process, therefore you will need a steady income and proof of employment etc.

Move in Date is the end of October but the reference check will need to be carried out as soon as possible. As it may take a couple of weeks.

You would be living with our current flat mates Lee, and Kurt who we are very sad to leave.
They are a quiet, easy-going, chilled and friendly gay couple who are clean, respectful and lovely to be around.
