Lovely double room in quiet apartment set back from Harmood Street in vibrant Camden Town. Excellent transport links. 5-7 mins from both Camden Town and Chalk Farm Tube stations. 2 Mins to overground plus numerous bus routes. Please note the room is available Monday evening to Friday morning only - no acceptions.

The double room is newly carpeted and decorated in a cosy, clean apartment, it's quiet at night. Suit decent, easy to live with, low maintenance, professional seeking Mon-Fri London bolt-hole to lay their head and beat the commute. Sharing with one easy going female who works in property. As everybody is I'm usually rather busy and often out in the evenings so we would both be fairly independent cohabitants. I'm looking for an easy going lodger who just wants to heat up the odd microwave meal, sleep and shower etc. There is no shared living room.

The room is furnished with double bed, built in wardrobes, large plasma TV with DVD, easy chair. Doors leading out to patio garden (where you may smoke if you wish). Shared bathroom/wet room, WIFI. Eat-in kitchen. Living room is not shared. Fine to leave a few belongings over weekend if needed. Inclusive of bills. I have a weekly cleaner who will clean your room, your linens will be changed every 8 nights.

Harmood Street is between Camden Town and Chalk Farm Tubes on Northern Line both 5-7 mins walk away. Kentish Town West Overground is 2-3 mins away. Euston Train Station is one tube stop away, Kings Cross Train Station is two tube stops away on Northern Line. Many bus routes service the area taking you into London's West End in 15 mins. Camden Town is a great place to live with many of London's best bars, pubs, restaurants and music venues, sports facilities and gyms. The world famous Stables market, Camden Lock and The Roundhouse are all at the end of the street. Supermarkets Sainsburys, Morrisons, Marks and Spencer all 5-10 mins walk away as is Primrose Hill.
