The room is back on the site as the person who was lined up to take it pulled out at the last minute.

The house has a large kitchen/diner and a cozy lounge. There is a really cute house cat but she doesn't go into the bedroom which is up for rent. if you love cats then by all means let her in!

The bedroom itself is bright and faces the garden so there is no noise from the street. In fact you can hear the birds in the morning.

The bedroom comes with the bed and wardrobe in the photos. Both are only 14 months old and in very good condition. There is additional storage space in the upstairs landing if you need it.

Bills amount to £70 per month on top of the rent. And we have a cleaner who comes every fortnight to do the communal areas which costs £10 each per visit.

The house is more like a home than a flatshare and we are looking for someone who is a good fit - relaxed, easygoing, but also sociable and fun. It's not a party house but we do know how to let our hair down when the occasion arises :) We are happy to share a glass of wine and a chat after work but equally respect each other's space.

We are looking for someone in their 30s to take the room. The other housemates are 35 and 41.
