Lovely, big room in old flat with huge garden

The third room- bright, enormously big and partially furnished- is emptying up in our flat in Camden.

Our garden really is huge and a little oasis in the heart of London. It's perfect for the occasional BBQ with firebowl or to have breakfasts. There is a plum tree blooming at the moment! We have a huge, bright kitchen that we use to hang out, have a glass of wine together and a chat.

The flat is super conveniently located. It's in Camden, so very central, not far from the buzzing camden street life, at the same time we are in a quiet residential area. Buses into central stop 2min foot walk out the door, camden tube station and overground are 10-15min footwalk away, big sainsbury's and tescos right up/down the street. For a bit more quietness, the canal is a 5min walk away.

We are two professionals in our late twenties. We want someone easy-going who generally cares about living in a nice, clean flat in a social and amicable atmosphere. Someone who's clean and responsible and makes an effort to keep things easy and friendly.

Rent is £600/month. Bills amount to roughly £100/month. The total price is about 100 quid cheaper than the average in the area; and a great deal for what it is. The room is available from 7th April.
