Great room immediately available in central flat in the Kings Cross / Euston areas.

The flat is on a ground floor and has been recently refurbished . It has three rooms, a generous-sized kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom and a backyard. The room comes furnished. If you want to live in central London and have easy access to anywhere in London this is the place for you. Euston, Kings Cross and Mornington Crescent Station are just minutes away.

The rent is £625 cpm without bills (around £90 including gas, electricity, council tax, water and internet) and we have a weekly cleaner that comes once a week to keep the place in order.

Currently there is two of us in the flat, both male and working in Fashion and Museum sectors. We are looking for someone we get on well with and to socialize in and outside the flat as we like to feel this is home after work.
