The flat is around a 5 minute walk to Kings Cross St Pancras and Mornington Crescent Stations, giving the flat great transport links to get all over London. The flat is also walking distance from Regent's Park.

There are three small supermarkets nearby with a large supermarket a 10 min walk from the flat.

The flat is fully furnished. The bedroom has a bed, desk/dresser, chest of draws and wardrobe. The living room has two sofas, TV and dining room table. The Kitchen has a washing machine, oven, microwave and other standard appliances and also includes plates, pans and cutlery. Flat also has a balcony.

The rent includes majority of bills (Gas, electricity, water, wifi). The only exclusion is council tax which works out at around £49 per month.

For couples rent will be £198 per week (excluding council tax).
