We are looking for a short-term flatmate from January to July 2015.
We are a couple, 30s, professionals.
The flat is walking distance to Camden and Kings Cross stations, the nearest tube is Camden Town/Camden Overground. The buzz of Camden market is not far, ~10 min walk, but the flat is in the quieter area, near Camden square.
It's a 2 bedroom flat, one bathroom, 2 balconies, one living/dining/kitchen area. It's fully furnished and was renovated last year.
The room available is large and bright, ~15 sqm, 2 windows, with one double bed, one convertible futon sofa, wardrobe, desk, chest drawer and shelf.
Price is £900 per month all bills included. We request 2 months advance payments, but we do not need a deposit.
