The house would be shared with 3 professionals two girls, one boy aged between 26yrs to 35yrs. Liz, Georgie and Danny, All easy to get on with and pretty chilled out guys.

My room that is up for rent is at the back of the house and over looks the walled backyard with a juliet balcony. Below the room is our huge dining room. Both were built as an extension to the property meaning that it is very private and quiet and separated from the other bedrooms. The room comes with a double bed, built in storage and wardrobe space, chest of drawers, desk and two arm chairs. It's a big room and has three large windows with lots of natural light.

The house is very central and only 3 mins from Camden Road station & 6 mins from Camden Tube on a quiet back street. The room is available for £650 pcm without bills from 19th Sept.

Other shared rooms in the house include a large dining room, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, walled backyard and outhouse.

The rent for the room is £650 pcm and all bills (including council tax) come to around £130 pcm. The deposit is £975. There is a formal lease with the landlord (joint tenancy) although there is a replacement process if people need to move out.

As the house is furnished there is a full inventory of all the furniture and items in the house, and please be aware that the landlord also requires a UK signed guarantor form. The landlord himself lives in Spain and, while he can be quirky at times, is very prompt at sorting out problems in the house and is generally easy to deal with. We've been in the house for over 4 years and have never had any issues with fixing things, returned deposits and so on.
