Huge double room to rent in Camden for 2 months

I'm going away for 2 months and I would like to let my room to anyone interested. The room is available from the 2nd of September to the end of october.

It's a huge double room furnished with a double bed, a sofa bed and plenty of storage space. There is an attached balcony with a hamock! The flat is very well located, in central london, 5 min walk from Mornington Crescent station, 10 min walk from Kings Cross st Pancras (eurostar station) and Camden Town station. There are lots of shops and supermarkets on Camden high street and Euston road. Finally, Camden is one of the best area in London, with a lot of nice pubs, venues, and parcs. My room is however very quite as it overlooks gardens and a square.

I'm living in a 3 bedrooms flat (no living room unfortunately but a nice balcony) with two other lovely girls, really friendly and very sociable. It's a french speaking flat but we are all fully bilingual so perfectly fluent in English . We share the kitchen, fully furnished where we also have the washing machine/dryer, and the bathroom.

The price is £175 per week (£700 per month); All bills are included, water, electricity, gaz and internet.

I am obviously looking for someone/ people really clean and tidy and I emphasis on that. I am letting my room clean and expect to get it back the same way. Smokers allowed, but you have to smoke on the balcony and not inside. No pet allowed.
