Beautiful double room near to Camden

We are two creative professionals living in a gorgeous 3 bed flat just outside of Camden (near Calidonian park). We have been here two year, and have really made the house a home, but sadly one of our housemates has to move on to bigger things!

The room we are advertising is a large double room on the ground floor. The room comes with a double bed, a small chest of drawers and a shelving unit. There is room for additional storage in the room as the current room owner has an additional clothing rail, large chest of drawers and bed side table.

We are looking for an individual who is sociable, respectful of others and doesn't mind not having a living room. We are a friendly household who do things together, so it is really important that whoever joins us is friendly and keen to participate at times too! We have a pretty arty vibe in the house, lots of music and painting, and would love someone who will fit in with that.

The kitchen has a dining area, there is a small roof terrace for smoking and a small back garden.

The transport links are fantastic. It is 10 Minutes to Calidonian Road Station, 14 minutes walk to Camden Road, 18 minutes to Camden Town and 15 to Kentish Town station so it is ideal for almost anywhere you need to go.

Bills come to around 80 a month inc. internet, council tax, gas and electric. Agency fees apply (£180 registration fee).
