We have a double room available now. The rent is £675 per month, including council tax and the bills (not included) usually come to £50 per month each.

The area: the flat is situated on a quiet street off Chalk Farm Road. It's just one minute away from the ubiquitous pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants, shisha bars and clubs of Camden. If you like greenery, Primrose Hill, Regent's Park and Hampstead Heath are all within walking distance. Our road is opposite a huge Morrisons, there's a Sainsbury's Local a few minutes away and a much bigger Sainsbury's within 10 minutes walk. There are also specialist shops selling freshly baked bread, cheeses, fresh coffee etc close by.

The flat: it has 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bathroom. You'll be sharing with three people

The room: a double room with a double bed. It also comes with some built in storage and some shelves and there is a small balcony.

Transport: The flat has excellent transport links; it's a 6-7 minute walk from Camden Town and Chalk Farm underground stations (Northern Line) and 3 minutes from Kentish Town West (Overground), as well as less than a few minutes away from many buses, including night buses. By tube it's 10 minutes to Leicester Square and 15 minutes to Bank.
