Exellent house, awesome location, Camden market

Our house is in the heart of Camden Town, in an amazing location and a great place to live. It's a three story town house, with actual outdoor space (a back garden!), a good size kitchen, a separate living room and four good sized bedrooms.

The bedroom is on the second floor and has fitted wardrobes, a lot of storage and a 4ft double bed. It is bright and sunny and looks out onto the back patio.

You will be sharing with three awesome, professional girls from Cornwall, Australia and Italy aged 27 - 37. It's not a party house but we do enjoy wine, laughter, BBQ's in summer and (don't judge us...) X-Factor in winter.

Approximately a 5 min walk to Camden Town and Chalk Farm tube stations, many buses, 2 large supermarkets and all the best Camden pubs.

Rent is £766 a month PLUS £90 for all bills including Virgin uber fast broadband, and a fortnightly cleaner. The deposit is 6 weeks rent at £1, 061. Rent is payable on the 1st of each month.

As the room is available from Monday the 8th of September, the first months rent will be pro-rata'd to: £588 (23 x £25. 53), and the bills for September would be: £69.
(Please also note that rent goes up annually in November, and usually by £20-£40 pcm).
