Double Bedroom in Kentish Town

We've been in the flat for a year, and now one of our flatmates is spreading her wings and leaving the nest. But that means there's a free space for you! (Potentially).

Some information on the existing team:

1) Ross (me): Doing a PhD in computational biology at UCL.
2) Jon (the other guy): Working as a consultant 't'™up North' 4 days a week.
3) Caroline (the now lone she-wolf): Having recently finished her masters in law, this Irish student is currently looking for a green card (by any means). WARNING: She is unable to take a joke.

We're an easy-going group looking for someone to take up the soon to be vacant room in our flat (available from the 23rd of September). The free room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and draws, and the flat itself has a spacious rooftop terrace coming off a decent size kitchen/dining room/lounge. There are two floors, each with a shower and toilet (see pictures).

Situated 5 minutes from Camden lock, our flat sits within the triangle of Kentish Town, Camden Town and Chalk Farm tube stations. As well as having Camden on our doorstep, there are 3 pubs, a gym and various shops within a stone's throw from the flat.

We'd ideally like another girl to keep the balance in the flat, and hopefully someone who's keen to join in with drinks after work and home-cooked meals.
