Large double rooms in three-story Victorian house

Hi

We are looking for two new housemates as our old ones have moved away with work. Available now, we are seconds from both Camden Road and Camden Town - we have two double rooms available in a beautiful, recently refurbished three-storey house with a huge bathroom, nice kitchen/living room and great housemates. We have a separate utility room with everything new – dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.

Transport links are AMAZING here – we are literally seconds away from the overground at Camden Road, or a short 3-minute walk to the underground. Also good buses at the end of the street going all over London (Central London, Waterloo, Euston, West London etc).

Obviously there is loads going on in Camden and it’s a really fun place to live – plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to keep you busy.

The rooms are lovely - one is a very large double with lots of wardrobe space. There is already a large wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room (though not shown in the photo as I couldn't get it all in!). The other is a smaller and cheaper room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table. All the rooms have period sash windows and lots of light too.

We are ideally looking for a girl and a guy to keep the balance in the house. We get on really well and like to hang out together when we're in but also happy to do our own thing too.

Primrose hill, Chalk Farm etc all a nice 10 min stroll away - and there are plenty of parks nearby.

Housemates: David works in management consultancy and Katherine works in media. All like to chill in occasionally too though. Looking for normal (!), chilled out, relatively tidy people to move in.
