Great Flat, Large Room, 2 Awesome Flatmates

Two flatmates are looking for a new flatmate to replace our other housemate who is (regrettably) becoming an adult after buying a flat. We are friendly, social and respectful flatmates in a three bed flat right on the border of Camden and Kentish Town.

Chloe is English and works for a administration for a local university. She's into Netflix, football and is learning Spanish! When she's not chilling at home, she is out and about with friends and/or hanging out in the local pubs and parks.

Martha is a buyer from Yorkshire. She's pretty new to the flat after replacing another Canadian who unfortunately had to move back to Canada after his visa expired. She's super social and chill but also loves the banter.

They both work and their ideal flatmate would be social, tidy, respectful of their flatmates and the house as well. When at home during the work week, they are mostly spend our time hanging out in the living room (so rare in London nowadays right??). They would be looking for a sociable flatmate, but one that has their own life as well.

The flat is spacious with a lot of large windows, making it quite bright and airy. The flat has a washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. As for the room, it is the largest room in the flat, and comes with two wardrobes, double bed, a dresser, IKEA table, a desk and bedside drawers.

The flat is located within a five minute walk between Camden Tube and Kentish Town Tube, right on Kentish Town Road. The bus stop for the C2, 134, 214, 46 and 393 is also located right outside the flat. Kentish Town West overground station is located a 3mins walk away. Monthly bills include all the normal stuff (power, heating, etc) plus Sky TV, Netflix and, internet. We have a cleaner who comes by once a month to work the common areas. Around the flat, we have got a Tesco and Lidl (20 second walk), loads of cafes and restaurants, Kentish Town Fitness Centre (2mins), Camden Market (10mins), Hampstead Heath (15mins) and Regents Park (20mins) within walking distance.

Rent is about £649 a month, with bills extra (around another £100 a month). This truly is an amazing deal for this location and a flat of this sort.

No students, pets, smokers or couples - sorry!
