Large double room in quiet, central Camden

I am looking for a quiet, considerate and tidy housemate to take over my large double room in a three-person shared house. Your housemates will be two females and we’re looking for another lady. I’ve lived here for 18 months and the house is really in a great location, and we have a peaceful and relaxing household, with occasional trips to the cinema or theatre.

We are looking for a non-smoking female, friendly, relaxed, tidy and responsible, in full-time employment.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and swivel chair, bedside table and two large shelves, and a lovely sunny view over the back yard and a wooden floor. The house also has a bathroom with bath/shower, a second toilet, and a kitchen with gas cooker and fan oven, fridge and washing machine. A new boiler was fitted this week! The house overlooks a small garden square and is in a very quiet dead-end street.

Facilities/transport: 5-10 minutes walk to Camden Town and Kentish Town tube stations and 3 minutes walk from Camden Road overground. Also close to Kentish Town fitness centre and pools, Kentish Town library, a big Sainsbury’s, Camden market and the canal. A 20 minute walk to King’s Cross and St Pancras stations.

The landlord charges a £150 reference check fee. Gas is included in rent. Other bills add up to around £70-80 per person a month (£13 for water, £7 for internet, £36 for council tax and electricity varies).
