Awesome flat for rent in heart of Camden Town!

Available 22nd April. Good sized room for rent in a lower ground floor Camden apartment with 3 other great, social people. In terms of the room itself there's a wardrobe, small chest of drawers, bed (duh!) and my desk which I'll be leaving behind. The flat boasts 2 bathrooms, both showers are amazing.. not some little drizzle of water coming down! Seperate kitchen & living room with a massive garden (by Camden standards anyway!) we share with 2 other flats - both of which love a BBQ, are friendly and we all get along really well. I'm going to be pretty sad leaving them all behind. The flat is a 1 minute walk to Camden Road Overground, 5 minutes to Camden Town tube - the transport links are brilliant. There is also the added bonus of having the Colonel Fawcett around the corner, one of Camden's finest gastro pubs. There's another added benefit that you're not tied in to a joint contract, it's done on a room by room basis although we're all expected to pay the letting company from one central account etc.

- Share an outhouse (with the 2 flats I mentioned) with washing machine AND tumble dryer, we don't pay anything to use these in terms of electricity. We've never had any issues getting all our stuff cleaned and dried when we want to, again has the added bonus that as we don't pay (letting company does) for the electricity for this room.

- Kat, late 20s. Works in financial sector.
- All 3 very sociable but respectful of space. We've had numerous BBQs, Sunday Roasts, dinners in and lots of fun times. They're a great bunch of people in general!
