Hello!
I have a pretty spacious, fully furnished double room in a 3 bed flat on Delancey Street. You'll be living with me, a 27 year old male engineer who's joint landlord. I'm laid back, sociable and very friendly, but know how to live in a shared flat also! I also play the piano in my spare time, which isn't often these days.
The price is £185 per week and all bills are included. A cleaner comes once every 2 or 3 weeks for the communal areas.
The flat is situated on the ground floor of a small block of flats. There is a large communal garden which doesn't get too busy.
