Short term room in townhouse close to tube

We are looking for someone to share a 3 bedroom townhouse with us. The room available is a comfortable single bedroom furnished with a large desk, bed, bureau, dresser, and small dresser with the desk. There are also ample shelves for storage. In addition to the room, you would be in a house environment, which includes full access to our living room, kitchen w/dining room, laundry machine, back patio/yard, as well as the ample closet space available throughout the house. It is two stories.

As for location, it's fantastic. You would be only 10 minutes walk from Camden Town tube station, very close to two overground stations, and a block away from many bus lines. Honestly you could walk into central London as we do frequently.

The least starts as early as 15th July, ending 16th September because that is when the housemate moving out has her lease end. You would need to figure out if it is feasible for you to renew the lease after September 16th as it is leased under LSHTM/University of London. I can help you get in contact though. Either way, this is a good situation if you are a student at LSHTM, moving to London and want to look for a more permanent residence, or just need a short term let.

You would be living with 1 grad student at LSHTM and 1 intern with Goldman Sachs.

Rent is 650 per month including internet. With utilities it is 690 per month.
