Amazing room in 2 level flat with garden in Camden

Hi there - this is an amazing double room 5 minutes walk from Camden Town and Mornington Crescent tube stations and super close to Camden, Primrose Hill, and King's Cross.

The location is fantastic, as we’re literally 50 meters from the renowned Brew Dog gastropub, loads of great cafes, pubs, and restaurants. Bikram yoga is 10 minutes walk away, and there's a massive Sainsbury's three blocks away.

The plus side is that we're down a quiet side street, and well away from tourist hordes, so we have the best of both worlds.

As for the flat itself, you’d be living in a 2BR flat that is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a good sized lounge, a dining room, and kitchen, as well as a conservatory that leads out to our private garden in the back, which is perfect for BBQ's, enjoying the sun, and gardening if you've got a green thumb.

The flat has all of the mod cons, including a larger refrigerator/freezer, washer, dishwasher, outstanding central heating and hot water (we NEVER run out), wifi, and Sky TV.

As a bonus, the conservatory works as our bicycle/luggage storage and laundry drying space - nice and out of the way so we don't have to step around bikes and clothes racks in the lounge. :)

The lower flower has the bedrooms and bathroom, which gives an even more spacious feel to the flat. Plus, we've got yet more storage there with a few closets, so there’s lots of space for tucking away stuff.

Right - as for the room, it's a nice double - complete with super comfortable bed, underbed storage, dresser, and some other bits and bobs.

The bathroom is nice and spacious, with a combination shower/bathtub.

Transport: This flat is in a fantastic location super close to pretty much everywhere central. We've got Camden and Mornington Crescent tube stations each just 5 minutes away. A whole range of buses (and night buses) stop just outside and connect to downtown, King's Cross, Waterloo, and Victoria, so you can get to most places super easily. There are even a few Boris bike stations nearby if you're up for cycling.

About me? I'm from San Francisco, who's been living in London for about seven years now.

I’m very easy-going and have no problem cleaning up after myself or helping keep the common areas presentable. My former flatmates would call me considerate, and not a fan of drama - a quick calm discussion over any little issues that come up is always better than letting them grow into a major problem.

As far as people I'm seeking to live with - I find it ideal when all the flatmates get on well, but also have their own set of friends and interests outside the flat. I'm looking for a professional late 20's to 30's-something woman who's social and likes a good chat in a chilled out environment that's not a party place. My past four flatmates have all been women and I appreciate the dynamic of living with a mixed household.

Personality-wise, I'm pretty cheerful and upbeat by nature and like to be active in exploring wherever I'm living. From playing soccer and ultimate frisbee to photography and travel, I'm happiest when I've got a wide assortment of fun activities to keep me busy, so probably half of the time I'll be out and about after work. I don’t watch TV all that often, but do have a weakness for How I Met Your Mother, Mock the Week and the Daily Show.

I'm always up for the impromptu dinner party, drinks with friends or a pint at the pub, but also appreciate having down time and personal space to relax. And, most importantly, I definitely appreciate a mature attitude towards resolving any problems.
