We're looking for a new flatmate to fill a double room in our flat in Camden. Its location is amazing 1 minute away from the Tube station, bus stop right outside the front door that can take you pretty much anywhere in London, opposite a massive Sainsbury's.

The room is a decent size double. The flat has two bathrooms, a roof terrace and a big garden, great for barbecues!
You'll be sharing with three other people. We're all mid to late twenties and are really easy going, relaxed and like to have fun. We do BBQ in the garden whenever is a good opportunity and sometimes have a few drinks together. We also share the garden space with the flat above us, so it's a good place to socialise and meet people.

Rent: £675 pcm
+ around £100 for bills, internet, council tax
Deposit: £675
