The Room

Sadly we are losing two of our housemates and therefore have one ensuite room and one room non-ensuite available.

The rooms have:
- Double bed
- Large wardrobe
- Big set of drawers
- Bedside drawers
- Shelves
- Outside window
- Ensuite with shower and toilet (ensuite only)

The House

The house is stunning! It's a Camden town-house refurbished to a very high standard only 3 years ago. Everything is new and stylish. There are 6 double bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms), a large communal bathroom, a large kitchen / living-room area (with everything you need - see below), plus an outside patio area at the back of the house (with BBQ, table and chairs, and a shed to store bikes, etc).

The kitchen / living room has:
- 52" flat-screen TV with Sky+ HD
- big leather sofa
- dining table and chairs
- dish washer
- big fridge and freezer
- oven, grill, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
- washing machine, tumble dryer
- high speed wireless internet

The Housemates

You will be sharing with 3 boys and 1 girl (a mix of English and Aussie) in their late twenties who met through living in the house together. We are all professionals who work pretty hard during the week and are very sociable at the weekend. We socialise together with lots of BBQs in the back garden, watching TV together, drinks in Camden and exploring new areas.

The Location

If you thought the house was good, the location is even better! Literally 1 minute from Camden Tube station, 2 minutes from Camden Road Overground station, seconds from Sainsbury's, M&S, and all the shops, markets, restaurants and bars that Camden is famous for. Regents Park is also only a 5 minute walk up Parkway.

You

We are looking for 2 girls so as to keep the boy / girl split even. You are ideally aged 26 to 32, who is a working professional and is up for joining a fun and sociable household. If you like BBQs, a bit of banter chilling in front of the TV after a hard day at work, music and going for nights out at the weekend, then you'll be perfect! We like to keep the house clean and tidy too, so you'll need to muck in now and then to help out.

The other stuff

Rent is £798/month for an ensuite room and £758/month for the non-ensuite room. These prices are inclusive of council tax. Bills are approximately £40-£50 per month on top of this rent price.

Other:
- Deposit is 6 weeks rent
- Move in date is 29 October for the ensuite room and 14 November for the non-ensuite room, but the 14th is flexible.
- Lease to 5 August 2017 to be signed
