MON - FRI Double bedroom to let in NW1 townhouse

Hi,

We have a double bedroom to let in our lovely flat MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY available from 12 October 2015. All bills are included in the £150 PW cost and we have high speed broadband and a smart TV in the flat.

The house itself is the entire top floor in a three story white townhouse (pictured) on a beautiful and quiet road leading up to Primrose Hill on the back of Camden Town. Security is great as there are three locked doors between the outside and the flat. As the flat is top floor, there is no garden or terrace BUT we are within a 5 minute stroll of both Regents Park and Primrose Hill. The bathroom contains a bath, shower and washing machine and the lounge is substantial, containing a sofa, coffee table and dining table. The kitchen is also reasonably sized for a two bedroom flat.
The room available is a double with a large sash window (very well lit) and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. All bedding is provided and you are of course welcome to do laundry using the supplies provided.

About us - you would be living with myself and my boyfriend, we are both young professionals working in the media and are very friendly, we particularly love cooking up a nice big dinner - you would be more than welcome to join us :)
