Industrial Conversion, The Pumphouse, Canada Water

Double room to rent in an amazing industrial conversion in Canada Water. The bedroom has a double bed, big wardrobe and chest of drawers, a desk too. Two bathrooms, all shared. HUGE, triple height living room/Kitchen/Dining Room/Table Tennis Arena! Exposed brick, wooden floors and industrial ironwork throughout. Covered garage too. Its awesome, really.

1min walk to tube (Jubilee), 5 mins to Canary Wharf, 15 mins to Bank, 15 mins to West End.

Our housemate is leaving the city on work for the next year and we really don't want to leave such an amazing property.

We (Charlie and Daisy) are both are in our mid-20's, Charlie works in property development, Daisy works in Financial Media.

We both like spending our time well, finding cool stuff to do at weekends etc, Charlie plays a bit of golf, regularly goes cycling, Daisy enjoys wine. We both really enjoy having dinner parties etc (Our house is excellent for entertaining!).

That said, binge-watching netflix is popular, spending far too long cooking is an all too regular occurrence. Ping-pong happens, we have devised an excellent tabletennis-volleyball-squash- beer pong hybrid called Pumphouse Rules which is basically awesome too.

Looking for anyone who is happy to get involved!

Move-in will ideally be the weekend of the 23rd April, viewing is best on weekdays after work - 7 onwards.

You can't smoke inside, there is a big communal space outside that is ok though.
