The house has a big living room with a TV and small balcony, separate kitchen, bathroom and an extra toilet.
Both Canada water and Surrey Quays stations are less than 10 minutes walk from the house. Shops, pubs, big Tesco/ shopping mall just 5 minutes walk.
You will be sharing with two very friendly professionals.
Rent - 400 plus bills
Bills - 50 per month (water, internet and council tax) plus gas and
electric
1 months notice to leave and 1 months rent as deposit.
The room is a single room with a single bed.
