Hi, I have a small double room to rent, 2.3m x 4.8m, wardrobe, d/bed- if req'd, , shelves . Rent inc all bills.

Looking for fully employed female, non smoker who's laid back, clean/tidy, mature, responsible, considerate.

I own the house, but has a shared vibe with use of kitchen, bathroom, dining room, lounge. Gay friendly house hold, sociable, calm house.
Happy to hangout n socialise, share a beer or two..

Im a self emp carpenter and also do singing /playing drums in bands, (not drumming in the house!). Am into cycling, eating out/pubs, gigs, cinema, camping etc.

Nearest BR is Catford & Catford bridge (zone3). Is 7mins walk to stations, trains to London brige, charing cross, St Pancras/kings cross. ALso can change at lewisham for DLR to canary wharf, New Cross/Peckham rye for Overground line and lots of buses too.
Also close to local shops/restaurants good local pubs and a large park.
