The house is a large Victorian Semi Detached house within the Culverly Green Conservation Area.

The room is a large double furnished with bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe and decorated in neutral colours.

Bathroom and toilet is upstairs and kitchen is equipped with white goods including a dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine.

There is a small garden for chilling.

Housemates are all professional and pretty much do their own thing. Respect for each other is an important part of the house ethic.

Catford Town Centre is a 5-10min walk away, where you will find a great market and shops with 2 rail stations with links to London Bridge, Charing X, Cannon St, London Blackfriars and Ashford Int in the opposite direction.
Lewisham Hospital is a further 5min walk away.

Catford is a great hub for buses to Lewisham for the DLR, Croydon, Bromley, Greenwich and Canada Water.

Lewisham station is a pleasant 2 mile walk along the back roads/park and river.

An up and coming area, with extensive green spaces and lots of facilities.
