Own front door, very quiet and bright, high ceilings, wooden floors, lots of natural light, simply furnished with mezzanine sleeping area and Japanese style futon (NO BED), gas central heating, washing machine, wi-fi.

Owner is vegetarian landlord and the kitchen equipment is for vegetarian/ vegan use only.

Zone 3. 15-20 minute walk to 2 overground stations (Catford Station and Catford Bridge Station). Trains to London Bridge (15 minutes), Cannon Street (25 minutes), Charing Cross (25 minutes), Elephant and Castle (15 minutes) and London Blackfriars (25 minutes).

Reduced rent in exchange for cat sitting (you will be responsible for food, flea treatments, keeping the cat company, making sure he is inside at night, emailing with weekly updates).

£400pcm inclusive of council tax, water, gas, electric, wi-fi, cat food/ cat costs.

This arrangement involves cat sitting and so would suit someone who is at home a lot, either studying from home/ working from home or perhaps working part time. Not suitable for anyone with a full time job outside or long holidays planned.
