This is a lovely studio flat recently has been decorated. I am the current tenant but due to changes in my private life I need to leave this great flat before my contract is up (10th July 2014).

I am helping my landlady to find someone to replace me - I am moving out on 10th April 2014.

Price doesn't include any bills.

Kitchen has washing machine, dryer, cooker and and fridge freezer.
Bathroom has shower and bath.
All in pristine brand new condition!

The flat comes unfurnished but I can leave some furniture behind if that helps to rent the place quicker :) There is a big built in wardrobe as well which is handy.

Excess to back garden via side gate.

Please note this is a busy neighborhood with shops and 24/7 public transport links, but it calms down for the evenings. Flat is on the ground floor of a 4 flat house (2 flats downstairs and 2 upstairs).

The contract will be via an agent who will be running checks on the future tenant, but all contact is with landlady who lives locally and a really lovely person.

I already moved out and the property is being advertised by an estate agent now.
Please note they are advertising property for 800 GBP but you can negotiate!
