Dbl bedroom available in spacious flat

My flatmate decided to move out and therefore I have a rather large bedroom available for immediate renting. Please note that this room is unfurnished / there is a big wardrobe and a chest of drawers inside the room although - if you don't like these we can remove them and locate them somewhere else. House comprises of another bedroom (where I live) and big living room. I also have a smallish kitchen with hob and ovenm fridge and a small freezer. And washing machine. Bathroom has a toilet (whoop!) and a bath, and as I love long showers hot water is gas heated. Double glazed windows, rooms are both facing rear garden so very quiet in the night time. You would be sharing this flat with an artist/performer/drag queen. I am 35 years old. It would suit someone who is looking for a room for 2-3 months as I am moving to Brighton this autumn. Rent is £110 per week, deposit 4 weeks (so your notice period would be 4 weeks too). Contract will be made as well. Bills included. Oh and I have a super fast internet connection and if you have a telly you can have the other Virgin Media box in your room and you have access to hundreds (thousands?) of channels!
