Double bedroom with en suite in Catford

I have a furnished double bedroom with en suite available in a lovely, spacious home. Close to Catford and Catford Bridge Stations, with great links to the centre of town.

There is a good-sized kitchen/lounge and communal garden. There is also a utility room with a washer and tumble drier. Bills are included in the rent. (The posted photos don't really do it justice).

Catford town centre, a few minutes walk from the house, has lots of amenities including a Tesco and street markets. Lewisham town centre is a short bus ride away. There is green space with a local park and Ladywell Fields nearby.

I’m looking to share with someone who is friendly, sociable, tidy and considerate. I have quite a busy social life but enjoy having company when I'm in. If you have your own circle of friends but would enjoy catching up over a cuppa/glass of wine when we're both in, then I think we would get on.

I’ll need a reference and deposit. Sorry, no couples or smokers.
