Room includes double bed with quilt & pillows provided, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, full length mirror, 32" TV with Freeview+ and view of the garden. Private toilet and sink right next to room. Shared electric shower in main bathroom. We have a large kitchen with ample storage space for you as well as fridge and freezer space.

We are a professional couple who both work full time 9-5. We are sociable, friendly, tidy and considerate and are looking for the same in a housemate. You'll also be sharing with our two adorable kittens.

The house is continently located close to three National Rail stations in Zone 3: 8 minutes walk to Bellingham station for Thameslink route (Elephant & Castle for Bakerloo Line, Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings Cross St. Pancras); 10 minutes walk to Catford Bridge Station for Southeastern route to London Bridge/ Charing Cross/ Cannon St); and just 12 minutes to Catford station also on the Thameslink route.

20 minute bus (from right outside house) to Lewisham (zone 2) for DLR.
