Room in funky cottage with back-and front garden

Looking for someone to rent a double room in our friendly spacious 3 bedroom house (the room is largely unfurnished with some built in storage). We have loads of storage elsewhere in the house, a spare room, private gardens and an affectionate ginger tom cat.

We're sociable, home bird, foodie types working in central and enjoy coming back to our cottage after a busy day.

The room will be available from end of August, need to find a replacement by early August.

We have a really unique position on a quiet road between Catford and Forest Hill. Honor Oak Park is just a walk in a park away!

All bills and a weekly cleaner are included in the price.
