First floor flat with beautiful garden. Great location with supermarket across the road and short walk to Catford Bridge station for 20min trains to Charing Cross and Cannon St, or Catford station with trains heading into Blackfriars/St Pancras. Catford high street is just around the corner and Ladywell fields is down the road for a lovely green space with running track.

Fully furnished double room with king size bed and all the basics, although still a fair amount of space for your own bits and pieces.

Sharing with myself, I work theatre hours so out most evenings and weekends which means you have the house to yourself if you work more standard hours.

Must be a non smoker and would ideally like a female but all applicants considered.

I am a 38yr old single gay guy, moderately social and quite often have a costume making project on the go but try to keep the mess contained to my room! I bake fabulous cakes and love a glass of wine so if you do too I'm sure we'd get on.

Bills are included except any phone calls made but we have unlimited broadband and Sky. Other amenities are a newly bought washing machine
