Sharing the house with a couple. The room is newly refurbished with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, bedside table, fridge, TV, curtains, desk and chair. The room has also laminated floor and plastered walls.

It is a first floor flat converted from a Victorian house. The flat has been recently renovated and everything is new. The kitchen has a dinning area, a sofa and TV. There is no garden but the park is 1 minute walk.

You will share the flat only with 1 couple - Italian guy, Spanish girl. We both work so we are not always in the house. We have our own big space in the house so the kitchen will be mostly for you only. We are relaxed and quiet, but also like to have a chat, cook and have some night out.

Our other housmates are moving out and we are looking for someone friendly and clean to keep the good vibe of this place.

About the area: - Great location to get to Central London - 10 minutes walk to Hither Green, Catford and Catford Bridge stations with regular trains to London Bridge (15 min), Cannon Street (19 min), Charing Cross (20 min), Blackfriars (20 min), City Thameslink (22 min) and St. Pancras (30 min). - Bus 202 to Catford & Catford Bridge Stations (only 4 stops -4 min) is opposite the flat. - Night bus N47 from the centre. - Mountsfield Park is just 1 minute walking from the flat. The park includes tennis and basketball courts, play area, and children's playground, among other facilities. - Easy walk to local amenities and restaurants. Nearest supermarkets: Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Co-operative and Iceland.

Rent includes all bills: council tax, gas, electricity, TV licence, water, and internet. No other fees whatsoever - only 1 month deposit.

We just want to find the right person or couple to share the house.
