Both rooms are fully furnished and carpeted throughout.

The House is a lovely terraced property built in the 1930’s and has been recently refurbished to a high standard throughout.

There is a large garden at the front and one at the rear, a modern kitchen, shower in the main bathroom and the entire house is tastefully carpeted throughout with 2 entry points.

This is a mixed household and would suit a gay-friendly individual.

In terms of travel links it takes approximately 10minutes to Bromley town centre also there are several British rail stations leading to Central London stations within 20 minutes.
There is also a regular bus route nearby and a selection of buses from the nearby Sydenham area and Catford Bus Garage including night bus services.

Local Amenities
It's within a couple of minutes to local shops and the lovely Beckenham Place Park (really tranquil and peaceful) with a free golf course as well. Pubs and restaurants are also within an easy reach in nearby Sydenham, Catford and Bromley Road. There is a very large Sainsbury store again only a few minutes walk and the popular Bromley shopping centre is a mere 10mins ride on a bus.

The rent includes all bills (Council Tax, TV license, Utility bills).
