My partner and I are a professional couple working in the hospitality sector at management level. We are looking for another professional couple or one single professional to rent one double room in our lovely two bed room flat, located 5 minutes away from Chalk Farm tube station.

The flat is FULLY FURNISHED (dishwasher, washing machine, big flat tv screen and also wireless printer!)

You will be renting a double bedroom and you will also have your OWN BATHROOM (it is not ensuite but, as you can see from the image, it is very large with double sink, shower/bath. Me and my girlfriend have our own little bathroom so we will not be using yours)

We have a very SPACIOUS modern KITCHEN, two fridges, a table, microwave, oven.

There's a large living room, which also include a sofa bed, two other sofas and a large dining table.

In the flat there is a lot of STORAGE PLACE!

We have sky TV, sky broadband and phone line.

At the front of the house there is a LITTLE TERRACE, also at the back there is a LARGE GARDEN that we share with the other people living in our building.

The flat is situated in a GREAT LOCATION, 5 minutes away from CHALK FARM tube station and Primrose Hill and a very short distance from Swiss cottage and CAMDEN TOWN.

There is a Tesco just round the corner, Sainsbury's and Morrisons superstore are just over 10 minutes away.

The rent for your double room will be between £975 (no bills included, but they would be maximum £80 per month
