I am looking for a professional lodger, over the age of 27, who works regular hours and is reliable, clean and tidy, to rent a room in my flat. Professionals who need a peaceful home to relax in will appreciate this flat.

The room is an excellent size, there is enough space for a single bed, an armchair, chest of drawers, wardrobe and large bookcase.

There is reliable high speed Internet, a clean bathroom with plenty of hot water and a kitchen with appliances, washer/dryer, cooker, microwave etc. and excellent central heating.

Situated on a main Road, the flat is in an ideal location for convenience: a stone throw away from Primrose Hill, close to Regents Park, Hampstead and Camden Town. It is a charming area with plenty to do.

For commuters, it is a two-minute walk from Chalk Farm tube station – which has the Northern Line, linking to places like, Euston, Kings Cross, Leicester Square, Moorgate, Bank, Waterloo, etc.

A little bit about myself, I am a female. I work from home and have my own puppy. When I am not working, I enjoy yoga and walking my puppy.
