Sociable but calm - double room in Chalk Farm.

I'm a 24 (25 in 2 weeks) old young professional - about to start my training contract with a law firm - looking for someone to share my flat with me (I own it). I'm quite sociable but not a big party-er - especially on week days! I do like to cook, drink wine (gin/whisky/beer...), go to the pub, play board games, listen to music etc etc.

The flat itself is quite nice - in an old mansion block, very safe and well maintained. The spare room is an average sized double, with built in wardrobes and some shelves. Theres a separate dining space, and decent sized living room. Kitchen is quite small but contains a fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher. I'm due to have the kitchen renovated at some point in the next 6 months, at which point rent would be reduced in order to compensate you for any inconvenience.
