Lovely double room in Chalk Farm

We have a huge, light and airy double room available in our lovely flat in Chalk Farm/Camden. We are two girls aged 23- we're both professionals and have moved to London after meeting at uni. We're relaxed, friendly, clean and tidy and have a mix of hanging out together and doing our own thing. We're looking for someone who will be a friend and not just a flatmate, who is clean, chatty and sociable, and likes exploring London, spending time with friends or just chilling out watching trashy TV.

We actually found the flat and signed the contract around a month ago but will be moving in at the same time as you. We’re hoping to do viewings one Saturday in Mid September so that we don’t have to keep asking the current tenants to go out!

The room is huge with a kingsize bed, loads of storage and a built-in dressing table/desk. It also has a big window overlooking the communal gardens and is really light and airy! There are two other bedrooms in the flat, as well as a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living area where the big hallway has been converted. The pictures above have been taken from the estate agent’s brochure so it’s actually much more homely looking now and there’s a sofa as well as a dining table. Bills aren't included and will likely come to around £70 per month.

The flat is 3 minutes walk from Chalk Farm Station, 5 minutes from Primrose Hill and 10/15 minutes from Camden Town so there is plenty of green space and bars/restaurants nearby! There is also a huge Morrison’s around the corner.

The room is £800 per month and the deposit is also £800. The room is available from 1st October.
