Double Bed Room in Chalk Farm bills inc

*Important - I am renting my spare room but am looking to sell my place hopefully early to middle of next year. Ideally looking for someone for 4-6 months with a possible rolling monthly contract after that*

Double bedroom in a purpose built block of flats. It's a 2 bed flat, I'm in one and you'™ll get the other. It's furnished with a double bed, roughly 13' by 8'6 not including the fitted wardrobe, it has a nightstand, desk, a standing mirror and a chest of drawers.

The flat has:
- a bathroom with shower and individual cabinets so no need to argue over space!
- a kitchen with washer/dryer and dish washer.
- Large living room, complete with couches, stereo and TV. It also doubles as the dining area.
- Large hallway with some storage available.
Block has a central boiler so lots of heating and hot water. There is an outside communal area.
Wireless broadband within the flat, Sky, huge stack of DVDs and some consoles should you feel the need.

Very close to Chalk Farm station, 2 minutes by foot door to door.
Plenty of buses inc. 3 night buses. With Camden close by, there are more options but it is a short walk (Google says it's 0.08 of a mile).
Walking distance to Camden, Belsize Park and Primrose Hill, 10-15 mins to Regents. Swiss Cottage Sports Centre is 10 minutes or a bus ride away. Minutes from the Roundhouse, Boris bikes are just 5 minutes away.
You'd be living with me, I'm 34 and working in Finance (but not banking!). I'm looking for someone friendly, fairly clean and tidy, who likes a laugh. I like baking and regularly experiment with new ideas, so there may be frequent requests to try something new. I'm not in the flat all that often - probably a couple of nights in a week and one day of the weekend, so most of the time you'll have the run of the place, I don't use the living room all that much.

Rent is £755 per month, and this includes council tax, heating, electricity, gas, water, tv licence, Sky and broadband.
