I have a double room available to rent from the 1st April 2014 for a minimum of 12 months in a two bedroom flat share. My current flatmate is moving into another flat with his girlfriend at the end of March.

The flat has a large kitchen and living room, reasonable size bathroom and garden at the rear, which is well kept and used extensively for BBQs, reading, drinking beer, what ever takes your fancy.

It is located on the hill leading up to Charlton Village and has panoramic views of the Thames, Greenwich Dome and Canary Wharf. At the bottom of the hill and only 6 minutes walk away is the overland train station with regular trains into central London, 20 minutes to London Bridge. Alternatively you can catch the bus to central London or to North Greenwich for the Tube.

Charlton Village has a co-op open to 11pm most days, a few pubs, dentist, some restaurants and Jacobean Mansion with park with Blackheath is not far away.

I manage the property for the landlady, who’s great, and work in central London as an IT Service Manager for the Home Office. I like most sports, beer, reading, music and cooking. I have two gorgeous kids every other weekend.

I am looking for professional, sensible and intelligent person to share with and offer a chilled out and friendly environment.

To secure the room I require one month’s rent and deposit (one months rent).
