Bright single room in a safe location. The recent tenants has been there for years and are looking for a new housemate as the person in the single room is going back home for good. They are looking for someone as good, respectful, clean, quiet individual. There are 2 toilets and a bathroom in the house. The room has been recently refurbished, painted and new laminate floor installed. There is a bed with underneath storage, bedside table, desk, chair and double wardrobe and 4 shelves in the room.
Resent tenants are very hard working and cant be seen in the house much as they work long hours. Free parking. Close to North Greenwich tube station (zone 2-3), about 10-15 min. Close to Charlton and Woolwich Dockyards train stations. There is a night bus number 53 to central London as well as bus 54, 422 and 486. Good transport links, big shopping centre in close distance. Electricity and Gas (around £10 each per month) are not included but rest of the bills are. Big kitchen with dining table. Another common area with table and chairs.
